Repair
Our Repair and Refurbishment Division specialises in returning valves to as-new condition through precision engineering, advanced testing and certified quality assurance. We service major industries and provide both in-house and on-site repairs with a focus on durability, accuracy and efficiency.
Using Ventil VCB 100 pressure test benches and Ventil Pro Dual 40 and Optic 60 lapping units, we handle valves up to 800 mm and 600 bar. Pressure testing, tagging and plugging are offered both in-house and on-site, with fully traceable digitally certified results.
